Complete Women's Care is seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IV experience to support our in-office surgical team on a PRN basis (1-2 days per month). This role is ideal for a nurse looking to supplement their schedule while working in a focused, patient-centered environment. The Pre-Op IV LPN will play a key role in preparing patients for procedures and ensuring a smooth, safe pre-operative process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain IV access for surgical patients
- Perform pre-operative assessments, including vital signs and patient history review
- Prepare patients for in-office surgical procedures
- Ensure all pre-op documentation is complete and accurate
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient workflow
- Provide patient education and reassurance prior to procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in [State]
- Proven IV insertion and management experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Previous surgical or procedural experience preferred
Schedule:
- PRN: 1–2 days per month (scheduled in advance)
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
